Being fortunate to have extremely talented friends with an amazing talent for creating cutting edge hair design as part of our team, together we bring to you our expertise combined with passion that is Dolly Mixture.
We are passionate about what we do and thrive on perfection, glamour and style. With over 15 years of experience spanning the extensive realms of the beauty world, we have gained an abundance of knowledge, technique and flair specialising in hair, makeup, spray tanning and lash extensions.

Christianne Gimenez
Make up & Spray TanningChristianne has a wealth of knowledge and experience having worked with high end global organisations such as Estee Lauder and Vani-T for over 12 years.
Her expertise, having worked with some of the best in the business, has seen her create and design marketing events and assist in fashion shows for David Jones Adelaide and Sydney as well as specialising in makeup for many of her VIP clients.
Spending over 4 years living in London gained her additional experience working with Special Effect Make-Up, Digital and Print Advertising Campaigns including the well known series “Diary of a Secret Call Girl”.
Kellie Field
Creative StylistKellie is known in this industry for her creative flair and commitment for making her clientele happy. Having been a successful and proactive hairdresser she has gained the trust of many with her dedication and warmth.
Kellie has almost 15 years of success up her sleeve and must we say a creative portfolio to boast about. Having worked for Hair Machine, Marion Hair & Beauty, Celsius and Channel 10, her funky edge has provided her with repeat business and a successful home salon.
Kirsty McCrone
Creative StylistKirsty is an experienced stylist who has worked closely with the educational team at Clip Joint. Having been involved with L’Oreal award winning salons for many years she has had extensive experience with catwalk style teams and creative photo-shoots. After managing successful teams from Vani-T to award winning salons, she now runs her own “in house” style room, is formulating her own product line and is now available to freelance.
